Topics and speakers: USING BIOMETRICS IN THE WORKPLACE Biometrics-fingerprints, DNA, eye scans-are "biologically unique" and unchangeable making them a great way to track employee, right? This panel will examine what the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) including obtaining consent to use their biometrics before collecting and storing their biometric data.
