Practical Focus on Damages in Personal Injury Cases

This new program will Instruct lawyers on how to establish and quantify a case’s damages prior to, and at trial. Panelists will share tips to save time and money spent on experts needed to establish certain damages (i.e. medical expenses) at trial. They will also discuss damage evaluations in cases, proper arguments on quantifying pain and suffering damages into real world dollars, and other issues.
